Winter Getaway to London
The staff and location of this hotel were fantastic. They checked us in early the day of our arrival and were even able to offer a room upgrade at no cost. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of room. The bath was a little different, as we had a high walled tub with a shower head. It was a little tricky getting in out of the shower, what with the beautiful but slippery marble tile floors. It was a grand surprise to have a US 110V outlet in the room! What a bonus. The concierge staff was exceptional (ask for Michael!). We would highly recommend this hotel. Location was perfect for subway and bus transport.

Short walk from hotel
Stop by for a great and reasonable breakfast at Giovanni's cafe, just down the side street in front of the British Museum.

SO SO but Expensive
The room is very small, and everything is very expensive. The location is very hard to find. Some of staff are not very nice.

Tourist
Mediocre
I went on this trip by myself and was there to see all the major tourist sites. I arrived Late Friday and left very early monday. Location - Hotel was ~1-1.5 miles away from major tourist sites (expect about a 20-25 minute walk). Room - Restroom was very updated and nice. There was wi-fi/internet. The carpet was very old and dirty looking, the bed/mattress was very hard and stiff not comfortable at all (beds usually don't bother me or my back). Staff - Very friendly and helpful

Jarrod "the traveler"
not the best, but overall satisfactory
The room was very small, similar to what i imagine a prison cell being like. i guess the worst thing was the fact that the window was a frosted glass and it could only be opened about four inches. For me, it was quite depressing when i knew there was a beautiful city in front on me.
