central gem
Fantastic location. Staff very good. Hygiene levels good. Windows seen through secondary glazing in desperate need of painting. This gives a bad (unjustified) impression of hotel ! Good value, if booked through e-bookers. Rack rate makes it too expensive and NOT good value.

Good for a short trip
The hotel is on a perfect place - you reache everything in a short time. They have WiFi but you have to log in every 5 minutes (very bad receiving).

London-good location, hotel needs work
For a quick trip, the hotel was average, but in a good location. The staff friendly, but the rooms and overall hotel experience need much work to qualify for a 4 star rating. the rooms seemed tired and in need of soft goods and cosmetic restoration. In the closet where the safes are installed, the wall is not closed so you can see through to the room next door. Although a no smoking room requested, the room was obviously a smoking room as the smell of smoke permeated the room. Would not stay at this property again.

Great location, but...
The location of this hotel was very convenient to the Oxford Circus tube station. Beyond that, the bed was not comfortable, it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. The room was a little warm so we tried turned on the room ac. While it cooled the room some, the system laboured to cool...never reaching the set thermostat temperature. Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted a newspaper and wake up call. we declined the call, but asked for a paper. We never received the paper. On a brighter note, there are several dining options nearby as well as several shops. In the future, we would pick another hotel.

Quick stopover, but great location
Quick stopover, but great location in-between Oxford Street, Regents Street and Portland Place (where I had a training). Hotel had everything a lone traveller needs... decent food, decent pay TV and movies on demand, e.g. caught up with a couple of films I'd meant to see for ages (Up In The Air and Inglorious Basterds). Recommended.

great location ,but.....
This hotel was very well located ,but i have to say the consierge was awful!not helpful ,snotty and rude and totally unintersested in doing his job!The rest of the staff was very nice but as far as his being the hotels go to man he was pretty much useless and as a woman traveling abroad it would have been nice to be able to get help finding train station or booking my theater tickets ,non of which he wanted to do!

Gute Lage Nähe Oxford Circus, viele Einkaufs- und Speisemöglichkeiten. Gutes Breakfast (gleich mitbuchen bei Reservierung empfohlen).

Idéal shopping courte durée
Hôtel très bien place au cœur de Londres,le personnel à été agréable mais les équipement de chauffage climatisation font énormément de bruit même éteint "glou glou " permanent.difficile de passer une bonne nuit. Je le recommande pour une courte durée.
