Great location, access to the underground was easy and close the hotel. Fitness center was small but i found what I needed. Room was confortable but i thought it was going to be larger. We had to pay for internet access.

Just Not worth the Price.
I've had Amazing Experiences with the Sheraton Hotels I've stayed at, and that's why I decided to stay at this one. Started off Really well when the reception was so kind enough to let us check in at 10 am because we had a very early flight in, and the receptionist even gave us a free Internet access code which isn't usually included, which I found incredibly nice. Unfortunately That's where it went downhill. It was terribly cold for the 3 days I stayed there, and the Heating system in the room was loud, caused the room to get dry, and wouldn't turn off on it's own. It was either on, or off. The fan was too loud to leave on all night, and if you don't get up to turn it off, you'll get too hot. But if you leave it off too long for some peace and quiet, It get's too cold. Room service, for some reason, decided that the 2 little complimentary water bottles are only at check in, and didn't replace them again during our stay, which i found incredibly cheap. If you don't find that little paper actually place it on your bed when you leave the room, then they will not replace the bed sheets. I found that out after the second night, because I don't find it necessary to read EVERYTHING they write in a room until this happened. Initially we had 3 sets of towels when we checked in, but after the first night, we were left with 2 sets...again...felt like they were just cutting corners. I'd have expected some complimentary coffee and a water boiler, but there was none. The rooms Ipod deck/alarm clock had a bad connector and refused to connect to my iphone to charge or play music when i docked it. After 4 phonecalls to concierge and the reception and 2 days, we finally had a working machine literally 12 hours before we checked out. Otherwise Sheraton in General is a nice brand that I would consider again simply based on past experience, just maybe not this specific hotel. Not cheap, So you expect certain minimums that I don't think that This hotel provided. I'd definitely try another hotel next time.

Money-saving tip:
In Hotel
Just stick to getting around in the conveniently close, 3 minutes walk away, Knightbridge Tube station or take a Taxi wherever you might need to go and you'll still save heaps of money over paying for the ridiculous cost for parking at the hotel and the headaches with driving in London.

The hotel is beautiful, quiet and quite sophisticated. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The location is great, close to Hyde Park, Covent Garden, and of course the best shopping in London. I can confidently state that this hotle exceeded my expectations.

Overall a nice stay
Nice hotel in a very good location. It's a short walk from world famous Harrod's department store and right across the street from Harvey Nichols, another well known department store. The restaurant 101 on the first floor has excellent sea food and the bar in the lobby called the Piano Bar is a nice place to meet someone for drinks.

Short walk from hotel
Walk down to Harrod's for a memorable shopping experience or across the street to Harvey Nichols. There are also many boutiques like Burberry's, Lacoste, etc.in the neighborhood that are a close walk.

Bad value
Nice, luxury hotel, but too pricey for value. Small room with mediocre furnishings. Nearby tube stops only on Picadilly Line and so requires many changes. Nearby restaurants are pricey.

Luxury and Great
We stayed in Sheraton Park Tower for 5 Nights in an "Executive Double Room". We were pleasant with the provided service and the given room . The Staff were very helpful they checked us in at 9 AM instead of 3PM on our arrival day. Make sure to double check your bill at checking out. Although we have paid in advance it seems that the receptionist was confused and wanted to charge the whole amount again. However, this was sorted out within 10 minutes.

Young Couple from Richmond, VA
We had an awesome experience at the Sheraton Park Tower. We arrived after a long flight and landed very early in the morning. However, the front desk worked very hard to get us in our room within an hour of our arrival, which again was super early in the morning. I was very impressed with the service and compassion of the staff. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was heavenly. Also, the concierges all were very helpful and nice. The bath products were wonderful and smelled so good. We would definitely stay here again.

Solid hotel in nice part of town.
The rooms are a lot nicer than the lobby would suggest. My one complaint would be that the desk area was a bit cramped, but all in all, my stay was great. Hotel is in a nice location, around Harrods and Buckingham Palace. There was some construction going on, but not related to the hotel.

Luxury in nicest part of London!
This hotel is but steps away from underground, bit difficult to find as entry does not FACE Knightsbridge street. This hotel apparantly caters to wealthy Arabs. We certainly did not expect such a nice hotel for the price! They were kind enough to upgrade to a room with a view of the London eye, and Buckingham Palace for our 25 anniversary with a nice bottle of Champaign. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's location is excellent! We walked around the corner for Shopping at Harrods, few blocks to Buckingham Palacem across from nice Hyde Park. Be sure and have the staff direct you to the hotel restaurant entry as it is easiest to find...The Sheraton name is NOT POSTED on Knightsbridge Road/Street. I highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again!

Hotel with the name Sissi in it...just around the corner. Italian, tortellini with blue cheese sauce was amazing, cramped quarters and waiting list but they got us in without notice!
