great historic tour

I had a lovely time at the St. Pancras. Thanks to my host Adam who had invited me to his birthday party in the great Booking office bar was awesome. Slept like a baby and most of all enjoyed the interesting historic tour given by Christopher throughout the whole building. Will recommend and come back soon. All the best and cheers, Eva

Amazing hotel

WOW! definitely worth the money. We originally purchased a regular bungalow but they offered us a discounted upgrade to their suites and it proved to be the smartest move we made in london. The suite was huge, we had a view of the city and we had all access to the clubroom. We also had a view of the eurostar station in our hallway. Just a beautiful hotel!

Pretty good, some bad...

The Good: Great location if coming on the train from the north, Paris and easy to get to Heathrow as well. Easy tube access to anywhere in the north of London. Unbelievably gorgeous building. Really nice common areas. Great spaces to hold informal meetings- free WiFi in the lobby. My normal room was fine, maybe even nice for London standards at $300/night. The Bad- if you just get a normal room you're view is likely to be dire. Maybe a brick wall, I at least got to see the curved slate dome roof of the train station but not a thing else, Service in the Booking bar and to a lessor extent the main lobby was shocking. No nice way to put it. Snooty people, forgotten orders, interminable waits to get a bill. The building is lovely, some nice wines as well- the people are quite poor at service. On top of that they include a service fee on all orders. They should really have offered me money back to compensate for me wasting my time with them. Overall- if it was convenient to me I'd go back but I'd really need to be of the mindset that the service will be terrible. K-

Absolutely Amazing in Every Way

This was the most amazing hotel ever. The staff was so friendly and proper. There is a free spa with a dry and wet steam room, a warm bubbling pool. The architecture inside and out is awesome. Super comfy beds. We walked to all the major site seeing attractions or took a bus. There isn't free internet, which should be included for paying those prices. And the restaurant is a little pricey but has really good food. Overall very impressive.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

There's a grocery store connected to the Euston train station on the far left if walking from the hotel. That's where we got our cheap warm breakfasts and snacks.

Since we only had four days of travel we wanted to make the best. It produced that expectation and beyond. We booked the chambers club area. A little extra but all the difference. It's location on the hub of transportation was ideal for site seeing.

Very special

Makes you proud to be British! Attention to detail with refurbishment , simply amazing ....just a great experience. Pillows and sheets great quality so the comfort level could not be better. Will come back as soon as I can. I have relatives in Cambrige and Leicester, so easily travelled to from train across the street as well seeing everything London has to offer with the underground also being so close...

Spectacular venue

Beautiful hotel in a renovated train station. We got connecting rooms in the older and grander part of the hotel. It was very pricey but included access to the Club Room, which served a nice breakfast, afternoon tea, and pre-dinner heavy snacks. The location was excellent, the rooms were clean and luxurious (though not particularly large), and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good fitness center and a small pool. We would return on our next visit and recommend to others, but be prepared to pay handsomely for the Club access.

Phenomenal restoration

No expense has been spared in restoring the St Pancras Chambers to what is probably more than its former glory, as the St Pancras Renaissance London hotel. Fortunately everything else about the hotel matches the restoration work. Recommended without hesitation to anyone prepared to pay a bit more for a truly memorable experience,

Amazing Building

this is an amazing building and well worth a wander around to see the high victorian gothic staircases and corridors. The newer parts are much like any other hotel and the public areas are quite busy but the staff are attentive and pleasant and overall would happily stay there again
