Really nice hotel. The staff couldn't have been better. Room was very small though. The use of the gym "Gym Box" next door was a fantastic amenity.

Great Location - modern but poor value for money
Great location in central Covent Garden, easy access to shops/underground and an abundance of restaurants/bars right on the doorstep. Struggled to see the 5 star aspect to this hotel. Rooms very minimalistically furnished and very small and cramped for 2 people. Lobby areas also looking a bit tired. Overall found the value for money extremely poor in this hotel and would not stay there again. Staff were helpful at all times.

Hip, trendy and great location
Great hotel chain for the uber hip. Staff upgraded my room to a jr. suite and really enjoyed the extra room. Also there was a Starbucks just outside of the front door across the street which we went to every morning. Would definitely stay there again for a good rate. Air Conditioning in the EU not quite up to American standards.

Small room in minimalist style,
Small room in minimalist style, no kettle, comfy bed, located between Covent Garden and Leicester Square. Everything top price here. Very friendly staff.

Super Hotel für ein paar Tage reiss aus
Das ist in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Atmosphäre, saubere, aber eher kleine Zimmer. Wir können gar nichts negatives anbringen - ausser vielleicht dass das frühstück mit £18 etwas teuer war. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert!
