Short break
We stayed here for two nights before heading out of London for a wedding. Very helpful staff, spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast but expensive, very central for sightseeing and shopping. Bedroom very small but very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

A "nice" hotel
We booked the Superior room - but once we were inside, I called downstairs to make sure we had the right room - it didn't seem very superior. It's smaller and more average looking than the glossy pics. We soon got used to the room, though, and we liked the location - right next to Tottenham Court tube station and a quick walk to Oxford Street. We also walked to all the theatres in the West End and Covent Garden, and the pubs and restaurants in under 15 minutes. The wifi in the hotel was a bonus, working free around the whole hotel. There's also a sweet young bellboy who helped us with our luggage. The lobby is lovely, and they serve two lovely drinks there for guests. I think one was fresh lemonade and the other was an iced tea type drink, both delicious. Not unhappy with the stay, but the value for money factor isn't there.

Allgemein gut bis auf einige kleinigkeiten
Echt schönes Boutiquehotel im Zentrum. Zimmertemperatur etwas kühl eingestellt für einen Winterabend und auf dem Bademantel war ein Flecken.

Erittäin hyvä sijainti
Itse Hotelli sijaitsee rauhallisella kadulla, vaikka Oxford Streetin vilkas ostoskatu alkaa vain korttelin matkan päästä. Boots ja metroasema löytyvät kadun päässä kulkevalta Tottenham Court Roadilta. Samalla tiellä on myös paljon huonekalu-/sisustusliikkeitä. Aamiaista varten löytyy lähistöltä parikin Pret-a-Mangeria ja lähistöllä (Bloomsbury Street/New Oxford Street) on myös 24 h elintarvikeliike. Hotellihuone oli siisti ja tyylikäs, palvelu ystävällistä. Suosittelemme lämpimästi.
