- Our large Executive guest rooms are beautifully appointed averaging 27-30 square metres and featuring a king or twin beds. Each of the Executive guest rooms is decorated with refined colours to create luxury and elegance and are complemented by iPod docking stations and flat screen LCD TV integrated with 600 channels including Freeview, as well as a separate bath and shower and the fantastic Nespresso coffee machine.

Unbeatable staff, location and good value
On Jermyn Street, which is central yet not congested. Friendly staff, spotless interior. My classic room was perfect for one person, though air conditioning wasnt fully operational, had to resort to opening the window for cooler air. They need to figure out a better system to access the internet on the computers next to the lobby. Instead of logging in as "guest", reception advised me to login as "visitor", through which access was limited to an hour. Not a huge deal, but somewhat of a nuisance nevertheless especially when not all PCs tended to be in use.

GREAT LOCATION
HOTEL WAS LOCATED CLOSE TO BUCKINGHAM PALACE, SOHO, SHOPPING, THEATRE, RESTAURANT, ETC. WALKIING DISTANCE! HOTEL ALSO HAD COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST THAT WAS GREAT! RESTAURANT WAS ALSO VERY CLEAN AND SERVICE WAS GREAT. ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THAT INTERNET USE WAS NOT FREE.

Outstanding accomodations, great price

Fantastic!
Very enjoyable stay. Excellent personal attention from ALL the staff. Pretty good breakfast. All in all I was very pleased with my stay - I travel a lot and I expect good service. The Cavendish delivered.

Great Value, Outstanding Location
Although the room accomodations were tight (certainly by American standards), the hotel was very well located and the rooms freshly redecorated. The full breakfast (included in our rate) was first class. All in all, a superb value.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant was good, and the rooms were clean and modern. I didn't like the fact that [...] made me pay in full in advance and that I didn't get my last night refunded when I had to change my reservation. I told the hotel and [...] way in advance about this. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault.
