Kennsington NOT Close
Customer service is not in their language. They are focused on money and that is all. The concierge was clueless about even a bus schedule. Internet was out of sight in price and there is no free Wifi. The room change staff was good as were some of the desk personnel, but management couldn't be bothered. They seemed like trainees and are still learning what customer service is. As for the 'spa' the added price was disgusting. I was fooled to think the high price for the hotel meant we would have a fine experience. The room was so small for two people I had to stand sideways and shift along the wall to get to the second bed. NOT WORTH THE ALMOST $200 PER NIGHT. I FEEL RIPPED OFF.

Can not believe this 4 star's hotel
Very small room and you never get 4 star class service at all. Very cold staff and you can not use internet in your room although there is Wi=Fi but you never get receptions.(they ask 15 ponds a day and argued for refund)Room was so small and you can never do anything except looking at ceiling from the bed.I do not recommend at all. Floor carpet was dirty. Take your risk. Put 1 star at this hotel instead.
