Lived up to Five Star Rating

As billed, the rooms were very large and fairly luxurious. I stayed in both a junior suite and a superior room and there was not that much difference between the two. The location was great! It was close to both the Marlybone underground station and the Baker Street. At Baker Street, I could get the sightseeing buses and connect to several different underground lines. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I used the spa and had an excellent massage. Overall very good.

Time-saving tip: Not Applicable

If you are sightseeing, get to the attractions early. For example, I got the Queen's Gallery at 9:30 and the first group was at 9:45 and there was no line. When I left the line was horrendous.

My Stay at the Landmark

The room was well worth the price. The most outstanding feature to me, other than the spaciousness of the room and wonderfully appointed shower/tub facility was the friendliness and helpfulness of the concierge desk conveniently located across from the registration desk. The hotel is centrally located, close to many attractions and restaurants and for those of us who like to use the underground to get around London, the Marylebone station is a short walk behind the hotel.

Nice hotel

Went here on business. Clean, great location on West Side. Nice rooms - perfect for our needs. Rate was low, so didn't get a lot of extras (like free internet or breakfast) but this was ok.

Probably the best London hotel,

Probably the best London hotel, and we keep comming back. Large, luxurious rooms, a dressing room, walk in closet, separate shower, bathtub and a double set of was basins. Magnificent breakfast buffet and a very good à la carte on the side. This tempted us to reserve almost two hours for breakfast in the lovely lobby. Ah - of course they can expect us back!
