The Langorf Hotel has established itself as one of the leading townhouse hotels in London. The hotel and appartment sits within a quiet residential area adjacent to the attractions of the fashionable Hampstead Village. The nearest Underground Station, Finchley Road is within 5 minutes walk of the hotel, and the West End with its theatres, restaurants, shops and entertainment only ten minutes away. Each tastefully furnished and comfortable bedroom has its own on suite bathroom". The Hotel offers 31 en-suite bedrooms plus 5 apartments at 22 Frognal. All are furnished to a high standard of comfort and the emphasis is firmly placed on a highly personal and courteous service from the staff. All tastefully furnished bedrooms have private bathrooms, together with direct dial telephone, radio alarm, tea and coffee facilities and hairdryer. Each room has a colour television offering 4 satellite channels. Certain rooms overlook the garden.Wifi internet connection is also aviable in the hotel. Excellent choice for Finchley road area

We wanted a hotel in the Finchley Road part of London (so that we could visit family in that area). My wife and I picked the Langorf over the Holiday Inn (too expensive) and the Quality Inn (uncertain quality) that are in the same general area. The Langorf is an old residential home converted into a Hotel, yet it features nice sized rooms w/attached bathrooms, good water pressure, in-room coffee, TV). The room was a comfortable size for the two of us, and the staff do a great job in keeping it clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quite (as the Hotel is a block or two away from the traffic of busy Finchley Road). Breakfast was very satisfactory (standard continental, but good, fresh selections). The Hotel includes a lift so we could get out luggage to our rooms without too much trouble (we were in room 307), but we did have to haul them up the four or so steps in front of the Hotel. I recommend this place as a good value for this location. The Finchley Road tube station is 5 mins away, the O2 Center (with movies, restaurants, stores) is 3 mins away.

Great location, simple ammenities.

Two weeks on business. Hotel is not geared towards the business traveler. Studio rooms were adequate, inexpensive for London. Great location, very nice staff. They make do with the facilities available to them.
