what a fantastic hotel this is.
what a fantastic hotel this is. service is wonderful. staff are very welcoming and approachable. lovely room, great bathroom, comfortable bed. we upgraded on arrival to a larger room for 20pounds per night. the upgraded room was large and well furnished. the location is fantastic. a couple of minutes to oxford street, selfridges, 15 minutes walk to green park, 15-20 minutes walk to soho and west end. this will be my first choice for my next visit for london.

Hotel is very central, close to Oxford street, staff very friendly, cleanliness, nice rooms etc. Oly one thing is missing - coffee and tea making facilites.

Great service/location; small/nice rm
We were able to walk everywhere from swanky W1 location. Concierge Carlos Lopes was helpful and nice. Room was shockingly small (bathroom nice size) when we walked in but we made do by rearranging things. Join their club to get free wifi in room.

Excellent hotel, fabulous location,
Excellent hotel, fabulous location, lovely design, very clean and comfortable and very friendly, courteous, helpful staff. A real gem. Only facility I would have liked would have been a jug and tea/coffee in the room otherwise superior service.

AMAZING
This is the most perfect hotel to stay at. The location is prime - it's 3 blocks off Oxford Street. Close to tube stations and has great restaurants and pubs right in the area. The hotel was super clean and nice and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Very good location behind Oxford
Very good location behind Oxford Street but disappointing in other ways. The room was not ready and I was left standing waiting even though we arrived after check in time. This made me furious after a long journey. I was pointed to the bar but no service or complimentary beverage. No complimentary parking. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room (health and safety apparently!) and we asked about taxis and were told no need to order as they were 'always there'. When we wanted a taxi to take us to the Dorchester there was 'not much chance of a taxi within the next 30 mins'. Although the Concierge was most helpful - a credit to this impersonal hotel.

Rooms very very small!!!

unbeatable location for the price
We met our son at the hotel (he had his own room)) and we all loved it. The rooms, as are all London rooms, a little small but had everything you could need including top line shampoos etc and a fabulous bed with great pillows. The best feature was the location. We could walk almost everywhere. (trafalga square, Picadilly Circus, Madamne Tousauds (which I would not reccommend to anyone without young children)etc. Most other places were one or two tube stops away. Great shopping, wonderful selections of restaurants and pubs are also nearby. The staff was very helpful. DO NOT sign up for their breakfast. Extremely pricey and there are many excellent choices very close to the hotel. I would certainly stay there again. Rack price was very high so we thought the package made this a very good deal. Had a drink in their beautiful bar but was too pricey to do it more than once.
