Nice, comfortable rooms with free wifi and fresh fruit. Getting to the room may require a map as the old building is built like a maze, but this is part of the experience. The gym could be seriously improved (even a workout bench would be an important addition).

Great place but staff make it exceptional
I stayed here on a recent business trip and was very pleased with the hotel. It was very comfortable and had good pubs just down the street. I was extremely pleased with the concierge and staff however as I left an item behind upon checkout and they were incredibly helpful in securing it and sending it back to me in the US. Very happy with their assistance and will stay here again if I have the chance!

ATTENTION 2 MONCALM in LONDON !
Séjour gaché car les 2 Moncalm ne sont pas suffisament distingué lors de la reservation ; l'un "LONDON" à Marple Arch (=av.gde Armé si Paris) l'autre à "LONDON CITY", parfois préciser de "the brewery (ex.brasserie Withbread"; si Paris =La défense de style, la Bastille du point de vue géographique!). 2 fenetres de 20dm2 + bruit ventilation extérieur.

Sehr gu Hotel
Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Allgemeine Qualität, Service, Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Das Mittagsbuffet ist gegen gut, aber hätte besser sein können (nicht viel Auswahl) Unser Zimmer war schön, aber klein. 3 Quadratmeter mehr wären schöner gewesen im Raum zirkulieren. Wir empfehlen es ohne Probleme.
