Hotel's beef is selected from the Quantock Hills in North Devon within the Exmoor National Park, in fact all hotel's meat and poultry are sourced from the West Country, and even hotel's pork is free range. Where possible hotel use British fruit and vegetables. You can choose from traditional pub favourites such as fish & chips, seasonal delights such as roasted pheasant, or a sizzling cut of prime beef hot off the grill. Sunday lunch at the Windmill is a must hotel is very busy so booking is essential to get the best seat! Bookings can be made from midday - feel free to book your table on-line or just turn up and put your name on the waiting list.
