Average hotel for a traveler

If you a traveler that only needs your hotel room to sleep this it's a good value. Just some issues. -My window wouldn't go up so there was a very cold draft. -The springs of one side of the bed were a little warn so if I moved a certain I would dip a little (very slight though) - My breakfast tray was left in my room after my room was picked up in the morning. - Showers knobs had some scum on them. Doesn't look like it was thoroughly cleaned. Those are just some small things. They do have a very nice bar which closes late so that's a plus :) great people and great food.

Barely Average

Tiny room, broken radiator that ran at full heat all night, a window that couldn't be opened more than 4 inches, slow service from indifferent staff who tried to charge me for a pre paid room. Welcome to London.

Great for a short stay in London

Was in London for a friend's birthday party and this hotel offered cheap accomodation, walking distance from the venue......and most importantly, a really comfortable bed! I'd stay again for the odd night in London.

good for business not for the vacationer

overall a good hotel, we had a small room. No view. Good breakfast. Good service and assistance as needed. Quite a walk to the undergound.

Rooms w/character & a wonderful steam rm

Business travel. Room was always made-up and cleaned. Pool hours are only 6:30a-8:00p. Sausa and steam room are wonderful.
