This hotel is in a great location

This hotel is in a great location and close to everything, such as Oxford Street, Marble Arch train station, buses and shops. We caught the Paddington Express from the airport to Paddington Station, then a bus that stops a short walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was not included in the price and was a little pricy. However, Pret shop is very close by and has great food. The staff were very helpful.

We Had a fantastic stay at the

We Had a fantastic stay at the this hotel. Our room was ready for us to check in on arrival 11am, which is most unusual. We were offered a upgrade at a most reasonable rate which was more than worth it.

Wonderful Stay

Less than expected

Upgraded to suite for extra 30 GBP per night because it included access to an executive lounge which provided a "full English Breakfast" every morning. What was provided was a Continental breakfast buffet that often was not stocked. Concierge not very helpful in dining our recommendations. Staff friendly. Location good primarily for shopping.
