Fabulous 1920's style, great location on doorstep of Marble Arch Underground Station. We arrived on a very busy Saturday with a Wedding Reception in progress but staff were very friendly and helpful. Good standard of decor and cleanliness in the room. Will definitely return.

Good value in the West End
After a long search for a reasonably priced hotel, I found a deal advertised for the Thistle in Marble Arch. While we certainly did not have the best room in the hotel for the price we paid, we got a very roomy and comfortable space. It felt a little outdated, maybe in need of a little refresh but it was adequately clean and nice a quiet. Perfect price and location for these tourists!

The hotel was very convenient to the tube and a great many bus routes. Buffet breakfast expensive and food was disappointing.

Excellent Hotel for Central London stay
We stayed for two nights at Thistle Marble Arch in London. The room was excellent with all needed amenities. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location is short walk to all Oxford street shopping and dining, a definite plus. We will definitely return to this hotel when we visit London next time.

Clean, friendly and highly efficient staff, with many extra services not always found such as an Email / Internet service free in their Business Centre. Many options for dining but also great options nearby with smart British Pub or Italian Restaurants. Breakfast option one block west. Deficiency? Poor TV news coverage on American concerns, while many options are in place for mid eastern guests.

This was our second stay in this hotel. Checked in late, around 11pm. We have booked a executive double, but we received a suite, for some unknown reasons. Room was big, but the furniture is quite old and need some repair. Nice breakfast, very good location.

Comfortable and convenient
Affordable and comfortable hotel. Some of the rooms towards Old Quebec side are a bit of a walk from the elevators. The rooms are equipped with refrigerators and a kettle which is convenient if you want to make a cup of tea. The location is excellent the rooms are decent sized.

Fantastic place to stay.
Hotel and restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant service and food was excellent. I recommend to get the breakfast and dinner vouchers. Excellent value. I'd definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to London.

This was my 5th stay at the Thistle Marble Arch. I have alway's had an excellent experience when staying there. The staff is great. Alway's an easy check in & out. I have not done the breakfast so I can not comment on the times or quality. The hotel does reference the best and worst times to try and get breakfast. All of the staff that I have interactived with have been very atttenive and polite. I give them 4 stars.

so-so, noisy
The location is convenient, right off the Marble Arch tube and near shopping if that's your thing. Our first night was very noisy--there was a party or noise from a nearby club that kept me up all night. It was also a long walk from the elevator to our room, and it was difficult to get our luggage in from the ground floor to reception. We stayed in the east end near the Tower Hill tube and I liked that area and hotel (the Mint) much better. It was also less expensive
