NICE hotel, great location, real value
I am on a Grandpa trip with my Grandson Dan (21). We are pretty casual and this hotel truly met our needs. The Hotel was very comfortable. It was located within a few blocks from the Earls Court station in Kensington. The neighborhood was great and within walking distance to The Victoria and Albert Museum, Kensington Gardens, etc. The staff was very helpful. The free Internet worked well. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was quite tight but clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Rooming Board House Feel
Most noisy room/place I ever stayed. Carpet was dirty. No AC. Bottom floor room - open windows for cool. No wash cloths, hand towels, or floor mat provided for the smallest bathroom you can imagine. Shower did not close at bottom and was flush to the flooring resulting in soaked floor after every shower. This then required the use of "one per guest" towel to be used as floor mat. No phone or clock in bedroom. Deposit required to obtain remote to use TV in room. Our room was right next to the breakfast room and the door was never closed resulting in loud noise from 0700-1000 daily. Our front door space to our room was used as laundry storage are every AM. Rooms had large gaps under doors to hallway resulting in no privacy. Very nice large TV in breakfast room mounted on the wall. Staff in breakfast room said "TV could not be turned on because it causes people to linger during their breakfast." Front desk person, [...]was very nice. Front desk staff helpfull with transportation needs. Very dingy "rooming boarding house type facility!

For its price, this was an excellent
For its price, this was an excellent property - walking distance to the tube, lift for the room and fit 2adults/3kids which is rare in London. Room not large, but enough. Catherine at reception was fantastic - friendly, helpful and welcoming! Continental breakfast was great - self service and had nutella servings for the kids! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The polland manager is very nice,
The polland manager is very nice, but the mattress is bad, the room so small, and the breakfast will need to be better. No fruits, no ham, just only hot water, Nescafé, cold milk, e one kind of bread. Very poor.

Very decent hotel in peaceful
Very decent hotel in peaceful surroundings, near Earl's Court, with excellent subway/bus connection to all parts of London. Basic breakfast but ok for few days. I stayed in triple room which was ok (in size and room equipment). Cleanliness is good, towels changed every day, only blankets should be dusted more often. Price/performance ration for triple room is very good. On my next visit I will look again for that hotel.
