hot room air conditioning or whatever that was, was really loud like an engine no restaurant or food available when you check in late

Had an overnight at LHR, took the Hoppa to and from Ibis. Everything was perfect, internet was another 10 pounds.

Ok for an overnight layover.
Really nothing special of this hotel. Slightly below average standard. Not bad for overnight layover near Heathrow. Internet in the Lobby is very slow.

Good for a budget layover
My stay at the hotel was pretty short. I got in late in the evening and then I left in the morning. There is a bus that takes you from each terminal to the hotel and the bus is not free, actually it has quite a high fare for the short trip it takes you. Also they try to charge for everything, even for the wired internet in the room, you have to pay extra. I could find dark hair in my sheets, so I guess they were not washed too well. A good thing is that if you have the window towards the runways, you can enjoy watching the planes landing.

Airport overnight
Very basic; seemed rather rundown too. Air conditioner did not work ("sorry, the maintenance man didn't get to it"), nor did the phone connection to the front desk when I tried to report this. Restaurant had limited offerings, low quality. Main thing in favour is location close to the airport.

staying overnight
We stayed for one night at this hotel. At first when i got to check-in , the two desk people I spoke to were helpful, MARIA and NAOMI. But when I went to check out I was "help" by a lady who told us that we were staying 2 nights, instead of one, which was not correct. then the same lady told us that we had to pay a fee for watching a movie but the same day i checked-in I pay for the internet, tv, and movies, everything for one price. However, this lady told us that we were wrong and that we needed to pay that asap. We were just not content with this lady at the check-out. Very poor customer service by this lady.

Great Experience!
Stayed here during an extended layover. Service was well above average, staff was very helpful! Check In/Out was absolutely painless, which is a plus. Restaurant was reasonably priced, food was great, service even better. Rooms were very clean, though a little small compared to western standards, but average for European rooms. Beds were comfortable! Overall this was good experience and I would recommend this hotel for someone traveling on a budget! I will definitely use this hotel again if needed!

A Perfect Just OK!
Original room was very, very small - thought we were in Japan for a minute or two, then the young man decided we needed a bigger room and took us to the fifth floor - it was a little bit bigger for handicapped people but I doubt we would have been able to get a full size wheelchair in there. We both had developed colds and the best they could do at the front desk was to offer an extra toilet roll - no tissues and cold medicine from the machine was at an extortionate price. Food was pricey but overall our short stay was good and if nothing else it was very convenient to the airport.
