Central location to doing business
It was great and even though the request to business class and early check in hadn't been initiated, it wasn't a problem. I look forward to staying at the hotel during and after the remodel. One note, the restaurant may want to consider opening all the time instead of just during food services. It's because the sun shines into the restaurant, while looking over the tarmac but not into the lobby during the winter months. It seemed to be a waste of an inviting setting and would generate more revenue if the space was more opened and used for longer periods of time.

Excellent Location
The lobby is nicely decorated, and the location is a short walk from the terminal. The rooms however, are a little tired looking. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The pool and gym were pretty crowded considering it was a random week day.

Runway restaurant service
Disappointed with staff service at the Runway restaurant. Shown to a table but left having waited 15mins to submit my food order - at a time when it was not busy. Pity - the menu although pricey looked good. Would never survive a reliance on regulars rather than passengers passing through. Had to buy a meal elsewhere - defeating the whole object of having food on site.

Get the train to the city centre rather than pay for taxis the trains are very frequent and the station is minutes walk from the hotel.

Great location but cast a blind eye on decor!
Very convenient for catching a flight the next morning, although it is quite a hike depending on what terminal you are going to. The casual restaurant and staff were fabulous, great service, wonderful food for an airport hotel. But warning, the decor in the 9th floor "Italian" style room was beyond belief. Can't even begin to describe the round wardrobe door, the small TV, the plastic inlaid with colored rocks surrounding the mirrors and bed, well all I can say is wear blinders and enjoy the service.

We included breakfast and it was a very nice buffet, the staff delightful. Shared a salad and pizza the night before in the casual restaurant and it was outstanding for the price, the service excellent.

perfect location for night before flight stay
Even though I had not experienced a concierge check in desk and lobby on the 3rd floor as in this case,the hotel was perfect for our needs.Access to terminal 2,moving walkway to and from the rail station if needed and well marked signage from the motorway exits. 5 stars all the way.
