Each apartment is fully furnished with all the trappings of luxury apartment living with fully stocked kitchens with crockery, cutlery, cups, glasses and pans, Bathrooms with a range of luxury toiletries, and white cotton hand and bath towels, Bedrooms with Egyptian cotton sheets and luxury duvets and pillows. Plus a 24-hour Reception, free Wi-Fi, Freeview television, hairdryers, iron and ironing board and in-room safes.

A car park is available at the property on a first come, first served basis and is charged at 15 GBP per day. Once the car park is full, discounted rates are available at the NCP car park located just across the road.
PLEASE NOTE: On arrival at The Light, all guests will be asked to pay a refundable deposit of 200 GBP. This deposit will be refunded on departure subject to no damages being caused to the apartment.
The Light Boutique ApartHotel Rooms
- 2 Bedroom Terrace Penthouse
- Located on the 15th floor, our 2 Terrace Penthouses feature a 1,000 square foot terrace, accessed directly from the lounge, providing breath-taking views across the city and featuring a 6 person hot-tub, built in music system, tables, chairs and sun lounges. The 2 double bedrooms each have a TV and area to store clothes. Apartment 99 has a main family bathroom with WC and bath with shower over, while the Master bedroom has an open plan bathing area with standalone bathtub looking out across the city sky line. Whilst in apartment 100 there are 2 shower rooms, 1 is en suite to the master bedroom. Both Penthouses have large open plan living/kitchen areas with sofas, music system, a 50' flat screen TV and a 6 seat dining table. The galley kitchen has all modern conveniences including a built in coffee grinder/maker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker and washer/dryer. PLEASE NOTE: Use of the Hot Tub is not included in the room price and is charged at an additional 150 GBP.
- Studio Apartments
- There are five Studios which are situated on the first floor adjacent to the spa and gym. Accommodation comprises a Double bed, en-suite shower room and WC, table and two chairs, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, cooking rings, toaster, fridge freezer, and flat screen television.
- 1 and 2 Bedroom Executive Apartments
- Our large Executive Apartments are available either with 1 or 2 bedrooms, the 1 bedroom apartments are located on the 6th to 14th floors and have a full width balcony with two chairs offering great westerly views over the City, whilst the 2 bedroom apartments are located on the 6th to 16th floors and have a full width balcony with chairs accessed from the lounge offering stunning easterly views over the city and beyond. Each bedroom has a Double bed, flat screen TV and an area to hang clothes. The separate Bathroom has a WC, shower and bath. The separate living area has a sofa, dining table with four chairs and flat screen television. Some apartments have the kitchen area together with the lounge, some are separate, but all have a fridge freezer, cooker, dish-washer, toaster, microwave, and a washing/dryer machine. In the 2 bedroom apartment, the Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
- 2 Bedroom Executive Family Apartments
- These large apartments are located on the 6th to 16th floors and have a full width balcony with chairs accessed from the lounge offering stunning easterly views over the city and beyond. Two bed Premium Apartments have a Double bed and TV in both bedrooms and an area to hang up clothes. The main Bathroom has a WC, shower and bath with the Master bedroom having an en-suite shower room. The lounge and kitchen area are open plan having a sofa, four seat dining table and television, and the large kitchen having a fridge freezer, cooker, dish-washer, toaster, microwave, and a washing/dryer machine. The family apartments also have a chair bed in the master bedroom which can fold out to create a bed to allow for a fifth sleeper.
- 1 and 2 Bedroom Deluxe Apartments
- Available either with 1 or 2 bedrooms, these apartments offers great views across the city. Accommodation comprises a Double bed and flat screen TV in each Bedroom; with a separate bathroom (WC, shower and bath).The separate lounge and kitchen areas have a sofa, television, fridge freezer, cooker, toaster, microwave and a washer/dryer machine. The 1 bedroom apartments are located on floors 10 to 14 with large floor to ceiling windows offering great views over the city and the 2 bedroom apartments are located on the 6th to 14th floors and have a full width balcony with two chairs offering views either east or west over the city.
- 2 Bedroom Penthouse
- Our 2 Bedroom Penthouses have 2 double bedrooms, both of which have a flat screen TV and an area to store clothes. The main family bathroom has a WC and bath with a shower above. There is also a separate living and dining area.
- 2 Bedroom Duplex Penthouse
- Our 2 Duplex Penthouses are located on the top two floors of the building, with balconies on both levels, providing amazing views across the City Centre and the hills beyond. Each Penthouse has two double bedrooms located on the lower floor, both of which have a flat screen TV and an area to store clothes. The main family bathroom has a WC, bath with a shower above, while the Master bedrooms have an open plan bathing area with a standalone bathtub which looks out across the city sky line. The spacious open plan living and kitchen area on the 19th floor have sofas, music systems, a 50" flat screen TV, and a four seat dining table. The kitchens have a central island cooking area with bar stools and all modern conveniences including a built in coffee grinder /maker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washer/dryer machine. In addition there is a separate upstairs cloakroom with WC.

- The name 63 Degrees comes from the perfect temperature at which to cook chicken, duck and other meats. The Moreau family has been involved in catering for generations and have learned to deliver simple yet innovative dishes with a classic french feel. This traditional french family feeling extends to the restaurant itself where even the dcor generates a cosy atmosphere of warmth and welcome. Opening Times: Tuesday to Thursday from 12noon to 3pm and from 5:30pm to 11pm. Fridays from 12noon to 3pm and 5:30pm to midnight. Saturdays from 12noon to midnight. PLEASE NOTE: We are closed Sundays and Mondays all day.

Friendly, chic and great location
I have stayed in this hotel alone and with a friend. The rooms are well equipped with stylish furniture and great little touches like tea, coffee etc. It is 5 minutes walk from the station and right in the thick of all the main shops and the Arndale centre. It also has a Tesco next door so is ideal. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. They have helped me out with booking of taxis and even on where certain shops are. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Fantastic pad and great base in the city
This was a great place to stay in Manchester City Centre, couldn't be more convenient for shopping, bars and nightlife! We were upgraded to one of the penthouses on the 19th floor- the view was amazing and it also meant that city centre noise wasn't a problem. There were 3 double bedrooms, one with a fantastic en-suite, and the apartment had balconies outside all the rooms- these weren't big enough to sit on, but great for just standing out and looking at the view. Highly recommended!

The service we received from the
The service we received from the reception was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our apartment was fantastic with great views across the city and a spacious balcony to enjoy them from. Couldn't fault anything.... except our stay was too short!!! The location of the hotel was perfect too with easy access to the shops, MEN and everywhere else.

Excellent apartment with 2 very
Excellent apartment with 2 very comfortable double bedrooms, lounge and kitchen and great views from balcony. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Complimentary breakfast pack an added bonus. Would be a great bargain for 2 couples wanting a night out in Manchester.

Excellent location for shopping
We enjoyed our stay in Manchester. We did lots of shopping & the hotel was ideal as it was so close that we were able to pop back to drop bags off & have a cuppa before heading back out! We were disappointed to find no restaurant or bar. Luckily it wasn't far to find restaurants etc. Tesco Express is next door, handy for self catering. Amazing view of the city from the apartment, looked out at it for ages.

overall good stay (large group
overall good stay (large group in 2 apartments) , one of our rooms was not ready upon check in at 3pm even though we were given the keys. However we were then given another room (albeit on a different floor) Any issues we had were resolved fairly quickly. Was not too impressed at 200pound security deposit debits (not pre authorised) - am hoping that goes back on with no issues. Very central location, staff on the whole are really good.

Not what I expected
When we arrived at the hotel we were unaware that we had to leave a £200 deposit until the manager inspected our rooms after check out, although when we did get to the room it was very nice, it was smaller than what we expected, upon checking out and waiting for the room to be inspected the girl on the check out desk could not get hold of the manager and we had to wait til she could get hold of him to have our room inspected before we could get our deposit back and leave, the girl on reception didn't see this as a problem and we were disappointed with our attitude towards us.
