Grey Street Hotel by niche hotels is the heart of the city. The interior design is a warm minimalistic style-base, which breathes through the hotel reception to the hotel bar, business suite and hotel bedrooms and interconnects one of the citys finest restaurants, the living room. we call her newcastles understated urban retreat and whilst she sits proudly on newcastles finest street, the signage along with her décor is subtle.

Good location in the heart of

Good location in the heart of Newcastle. Room was basic although very clean. Reception staff were OK, but welcome was nothing special. All in all decent stay, would have expected more for the 100 quid a night we paid though.

Do not expect pompous gate and

Do not expect pompous gate and big entrance. It took me some minutes to find the proper door. But the location is excellent. Everything is walking distance. My disappointment was – the price did not include breakfast. I felt safe but as a simple accommodation I would say the price was on the higher scale.
