Little place with charm

The Old Coach House comprises 12 delightful en-suite bedrooms, a residents lounge, a bar and restaurant. Set in the heart of the picturesque village of Thornham, The Old Coach House is the sister hotel of the famous Lifeboat Inn, where guests check in to the hotel. The Lifeboat is just a five minute walk away also full of character and homely with open log fires. Together the hotels offer the perfect home from home after a days walk on the beach, bird watching or discovering the towns and villages of North Norfolk.

All the bedrooms have been tastefully decorated enhancing the charm of this old building with the subtle warmth of the furnishings. All the rooms have double beds, some which can be divided into twin accommodation. All rooms are fully equipped with modern facilities.

Holkham Hall, Sandringham House or Nelson's birthplace at nearby Burnham Thorpe are just a few of the many historic locations nearby. A drive down the coast will take you to many little fishing villages with picturesque quaysides - not to mention all sorts of little shops, galleries and surprises.
