Same old gripe Wi Fi connection is charged for, and its expensive, a business hotel should not be making up its money charging for Wi Fi its 2010 not 1999, from now on my hotel search starts with free Wi Fi

The staff at the hotel were all very friendly, my room was clean, but the decor perhaps a little dated. The standard of the food in the restaurant is very good, well presented and reasonably priced.

my room was really noisy with what sounded like a heating system clicking and banging all night, I guess this all depends on which room you are in! The staff were great and if you have an early morning flight this hotel is excellent.

Rather expensive. I havent had breakfast or evening meal at the hotel so can't comment. Overall it is adequate for my requirements, as this is a business trip. They kindly put me in the annex whenever i ask, as it is quieter.
Lovely building.

It just lacked the attention that you would expect. No cleaning / replacement of tea/milk/coffee in the room, I couldn't sleep in the dip of the double bed and had to sleep on the settee. The staff were not unpleasant but very distant. I felt that £55 per night was quite excessive. I would not go back to this hotel.
