Left feeling Grumpy
None of the staff seemed to want to be there, or cared that we were. Our meal in the restaurant was poor and I would have pointed this out if anyone had cared to ask. We had a poor nights sleep due to doors banging in the corridor, which were easily heard in our room. We were also bothered by a drunk teanager trying to get into our room at 4:00 in the morning. Frankly, I had better service at an unmanned motel in France.

Service with a smile sums up this hotel, all the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous .Very good breakfast... Same old gripe Wi Fi connection is charged for, and its expensive, a business hotel should not be making up its money charging for Wi Fi its 2010 not 1999, from now on my hotel search starts with free Wi Fi

It wasn't BAD, it wasn't very
It wasn't BAD, it wasn't very good. It was OK. The staff, however, were very good, welcoming and tried their best to rectify any problems.
