Terrible place

We only wanted somewhere to sleep as we were out on the broads till late and then breakfast before leaving. The bedroom was roasting hot, no a/c, the checkin staff were terrible, three of them behind the desk but only 1 serving,15mins to check in with only 2 people in front of us, rubbish. Staff seem to have a couldnt care less attitude. Same at breakfast, just, " tea or coffee", no goodbye or thank you when we left the table. Food leaves a lot to be desired. Far, far over priced. Would have been better in a hostel.

Excellent value and a very nice

Excellent value and a very nice hotel. The bed was very big and comfortable and the decor was excellent - even had under floor heating in the bathroom.

Excellent restaurant, great pool

Excellent restaurant, great pool and spa and very comfortable and spacious bedroom. Good location for exploring Norwich and the Norfolk Broads. Golf course would suit beginners.
