Very Pleasent Staff always willing

Very Pleasent Staff always willing to help and assist with anything, lobby and lounge was a lovely area with a good atmosphere which lead to a very pleasent meeting place for both our friends and ourselves. the rooms were a good size with very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, there was also a nice view of the castle from the window. No air ventilation in rooms other

No air ventilation in rooms other than opening a window. Wakeup call was missed. Internet access was expensive and of very poor quality, we could barely check in for our flights the next day. Would not stay here again.
