Room was in a location very close to lift, so was a little noisy at times. Generally good hotel and good service, but beware the parking charges!!!!

Sheffield Hilton review
We were awakened at 2:15 am by loud music from the partying teens next to us and kept awake by noise well past 3:55 am. We were also called profane names when we asked the occupants to be quiet. No discount on our stay was offered. This ruined out plans, threw off our jetlagged sleeping schedules and ruined our tight itinerary. However, the rest of our stay in the deluxe rooms was satisfactory and the breakfast was exemplary. There was no wifi, and in this day and age, that is unacceptable.

The initial welcome at reception
The initial welcome at reception was friendly, polite and efficent and the subsequent service and friendliness of the staff team in all areas of the hotel, was excellent. A good breakfast, with plenty of choice !

Excellent value on 2 nights for
Excellent value on 2 nights for 1 offer. good position and friendly, helpful staff. Swimming pool not user friendly for small children--no shallow end.
