very good city centre hotel

The hotel has all smoke free rooms, but the online booking system did not mention smokefree for the doublebed room... hence we ended up booking a smoke free room with two single beds!!! There was no complimentary wifi (now a norm in all 3* hotels) The staff and room condition was all perfect...! The hotel is located at walking distance from UKBA POE office and Railway/coach station!
