Novotel Doesn't Cut It
The Novotel is a decent place but a bit too much on the modern decor for me. The staff were great, however. The Hotel has one really lame policy--they charge for internet service. Who does this? Its like charging for electricity. They hit you for over 12 British Pounds for one 24 hour period. For me this is too weird. But I won't pay one Pound. I won't stay at another for this reason. Also, the restaurant food is over priced.
