Unbelievably poor
Check in staff very good, room absolute horrid, for a fairly new hotel, the shabbiness was immense, mould around the bath, no lock on the bathroom door, tv did not work, poor double glazing letting traffic noise in. Very thin mattress with one pillow, awful. Stayed 2 hours and decided we could not sleep in a room like this, cancelled our night out and went home, complete disaster, would not even consider staying here again even if it was free.

Great stay with friendly staff. clean room and towels. only two little niggles the bed was well used woke up with a bit of back ache and the remote was missing to the tv. Other than that couldn't complain about the room. Drinks were expensive in the hotel unless you want two beers :( Don't drink the jack...... (can't quite remember it's name) merlot too expensive and Disgusting!
