Overall, it was a ncie place, but a few niggled spoiled it for me. Wi-Fi kept dropping out which was annoying when I had so much to do. Probably the fault of the provider, but it did make it hard work. The car park is in the front of the building and is two rows of cars. If someone parks behind you and they have gone out into town, you're a bit stuffed! Luckily, the person that was blocking me in was the waitress but it could have been very differet.

Hidden In the Heart of Shrewsbury

Somewhat difficult to find this small private hotel - tucked away close to the river, down a narrow lane off a main street - easy to miss. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Bar only open to residents, it seemed. Ensuite room was small and modestly furnished.Very clean. Quiet. Quaint breakfast room looks out on to the enclosed back yard. I think fairly priced for the location. Probably best suited for singles and couples - not so good for families with young children.
