What travelers to Stratford Upon Avon are saying

Lovely historic town, full of charm and character. Lots to do for the entire family like visiting the RSC, riverside festivals and weekly markets. There is is also nearby Warwick castle that's worth a visit. Stratford upon Avon has a hugh and interesting variety of restaurants and quaint pubs. In particular go visit the Fourteas tea room in Sheep Street. Decked out as a 1940's wartime tea room complete with a Ration Book menu with fab sandwiches and cakes. The loose teas are pretty good too.

Stratford is a lovely town although a little busy on day we visited. Park and ride worked very well and having seen traffic in town would recommend to anyone visiting for first time. Would also recommend the riverside walk. Only took a few mins to get away from crowds for an hour or so.

What I saw of the river and hotel area was lovely. I was on business so had no chance to explore but would love to return in the near future for a short break.

Have been to Stratford many times, one of our favourite places. Clean, love the river area and the shops.
