Nice facade and interior public rooms. Room only average with poor air conditioning. Long, long walk to room from reception, No lift. Friendly courteous staff. 1/4 mile walk to theater and town restaurants.

Great location for a decent hotel
Very nice location within walking distance of most major sites in Stratford upon Avon. Free parking was a huge plus. Staff was very friendly and quick to help. While the rooms were adequate, they were a little older than we would have preferred for the price.

Don't know if we just were unlucky.
Don't know if we just were unlucky. Arrived on the Monday and on Wednesday afternoon had to ask for the bed to be changed as this still had not been done! Also had to request tissues in the bathroom as the box was empty but had not been refilled. Don't let this put you off though, as the hotel is very nice and is set in an ideal location a few minutes walk from the town centre. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel as it was way to expensive, but plenty of place in Stratford to eat.
