In the heart of historic Stratford-on-Avon, the newly refurbished Arden Hotel is the epitome of elegance and sophistication. With 45 stunning bedrooms and suites, an excellent restaurant and an enticing Champagne Bar, this is the perfect base from which to enjoy Shakespeare country. Extremely comfortable and stylish, the bedrooms are designed with total relaxation in mind. Opt for a suite with delightful views of the river and then enjoy a delicious lunch at the Waterside Brasserie. Relax in The Lounge on a comfy sofa or on The Terrace before exploring the town and Shakespeare s birthplace. Take a boat trip along the River Avon. In the evening, a theatrical performance by the Royal Shakespeare Company is an absolute must. On returning to the hotel, enjoy a nightcap in the Club Bar before retiring to your room.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

Good restaurants all up and down Sheep Street, just around the cormer from the hotel
