A few days away
This hotel was average in most respects and is typical of modern chain hotel groups. We chose it for its proximity to the York Park & Ride. Breakfast was good but we took no other meals as we felt they were too expensive. I personally found the bed uncomfortable but that is down to a long standing back problem. An issue with noise in the room allocated was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

We stayed for 1 night arrived early and dropped off our bags drove the short distance to the park and ride and spent the day in york perfect.. Hotel was excellent very clean huge beds great value.

A small resort hotel with relaxing
A small resort hotel with relaxing atmosphere. Next to the hotel is a large garden that provides a good feeling of York countryside. The hotel is about 20 minutes' drive from York city centre. You need to have a car to stay there, otherwise it might me difficult to get around. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly.
