Poor service, indifferent employees, driveway not cleared of ice, not usable for business travel
They would not give me Marriot rewards because I booked through this web site instead of their web site. The desk chair in the room was broken and all they had to replace it with was a stained one they tried to clean. The internet was EXTREMELY SLOW - even at 2am. It was unusable for a business travelor The location was difficult to get out of because it was on a curve with heavy traffic, no turn lane and they did not clear the ice from the entrance. This made it extremely hard to stop before sliding into the street and made it extremely hard to get doing once there was a break in the traffice. Finally the TV had some type of advertising that would cover the left 25% of the screen every 8 minutes or so. I showed it to multiple service people and showed a video of it to the front desk. They all shook there shoulders and looked at me like I was supposed to do something about it. It never got fixed.

Great airport hotel
Great option for an airport layover. The shuttle was timely, the location was great, the staff very helpful, and the facilities were nice. With the rate we paid, <$100 it was a great value. There are not a lot of restaurants in the area but there are a couple a block down the road near the Holiday Inn and Millenium Hotels.

A good rest after a long flight
We arrived in Anchorage at 1AM in need of a good rest and we received it at The Courtyard. Quick reception, a comfortable bed and a quiet room was wonderful. Our car that we left in their care for two weeks was waiting for us.

Tech Support
Internet Problems
All was good, with one exception. When I checked in, I had no internet connection. I called the tech support number posted in my room, and spent the next two hours on the phone with them. In the end, not only was my problem not resolved, but the hotel charged me $15 for calls received from the tech support number.

Good weekend in Anchorage
The hotel was very clean, and very nice. There was a pool, bar, and restaurant in the hotel. The staff was very friendly! I will probably stay at this hotel again.

Great service and great understanding of weather-related delays
I came. I left. And I came back again after my flight was cancelled. The service understood and made my reappearance easy. Only fault was the long wait for their pick-up vehicle.
