The Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge is a perfect combination of Alaskan Lodge atmosphere, modern hotel amenities and convenience. Newly renovated, the lodge features 325 guest rooms, conference facilities and expansive public space. There are wood floors throughout, several fireplaces and a warm inviting atmosphere. The hotel is the only property in Fairbanks offering wireless Internet connectivity throughout the lobby area and bar. Wireless Internet lets you sit by the fireplace and check your email and is ideal for client meetings. Guest rooms range from standards to suites and include cable TV, data ports, phone w/ voicemail, and indiv. climate control. Restaurants include the Edgewater for fine dining, Trackers Bar and Grill for casual fare and Seasons Coffee shop for Espresso and baked goods. Additional amenities include a business center, espresso bar, free airport shuttle, fitness center, steam room, guest laundry, on site security and wake-up service. October business trip

Had one small issue when I arrived (no heat in the room ) but they solved it very quickly by giving me a new room down the hall and could not have been any better as a staff on the whole. Every employee I came across was super. The hotel is quite pretty and the river is beautiful. Will stay here again, no question about it.

fairbanks trip

room was nice and clean and good bed.the grounds around the lodge were well keep and lots of flowers.

Beautiful but...

It is a beautiful hotel but the room we stayed were minimum. No extra towel, No coffee machine, very very slow internet and cannot get any connection in the room. The Lobby is nicely decorated, full of tour group.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

It is near the airport. If you are with the tour and don't have the car then you have no choice but to eat there. Nice restaurant and bar but expensive.
