Clean room, super cheap!
Average at best hotel but for the money, I have stayed at a whole lot more expensive that were far worse! If you need a super cheap place to stay and don't need amenities, this is your place!

Hit up O'Charleys right next door and order the Louisiana Strip steak with cajun seasonings! You won't find a better one in town!

The Asian Grill less than a mile down the highway. Great food at a great price.

Over all good! except the beds are full size not queen size.
It was over all very good! Great staff, very friendly and helpful! The free breakfast had several choices including hot biscuits and real sausage gravy, YUM! I only had two issues. (1.) the beds listed as two queen size beds are not queen size they are full size, and (2.) The gym is very small only 4 pieces of equipment.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A GREAT PRICE
Me and my daughter were there for a soccer tournament. The service was great. The room was very clean and had a lot of amenities. the breakfast could improve by offering more healthy options, but since the room had a kitchen you can improvise as to fit your needs. Conveniently located, perfect for us.
