Considering a not so clean experience the week prior at the Econo Lodge, this was quite a treat! Nice clean room, smelled clean, not like stale smoke. I will be staying here again we we make our hlafway stop to Florida..the bed was the BOMB!

This is a newer hotel. Large bathroom, nice closet,and good sized room. Comfortable easy chair with hassock. Nice desk with computer hook ups and a high back chair.The included full breakfast with cooked to order eggs was large and satisfying . This hotel is well run by friendly, courteous employees. If this is an example of all Sleep Inns, this hotel chain will be my first choice.

The Sleep Inn & Suites in Dothan Alabama was very comfortable. The morning crew was excellent. I have never enjoyed a breakfast more. We will be staying at this hotel in the future.

My trip was really good. I came to the hotel to celebrate New years with my boyfriend. He got extremly sick and could not make the trip. I stayed at the hotel by myself. The staff was so nice. I ate dinner at the hotel. It was great! I also had breakfast the next morning. The staff was so gracious. I even took advantage of the whirlpool! I would do this again any time!

I was in Dothan for business..
Well the continental breakfast was a joke, I killed a roach and a spider the first day. Shower had long black hair in it.
Had musty smell.

The hotel staff was friendly and nice. The room itself was not very clean. Dirty sheets and pillowcases. Cockroaches on wall which totally flipped us out. Had to ask for bath towels the first day there.

Upon arrival my room did not have linens or pillows for the fold out coach. On [@] it said there was a heated pool and upon arrival there was not a pool at all. In the room a big piece of the vanity fell onto my husbands foot and it is still hurting. The housekeeping staff did not take out trash and clean everyday while we were there. I also had to call maintence several times to fix my TV. The hotel gave me a reciept that showed a rate less than the one [...] gave me.

Everything was clean and comfortable, The breakfast was very good not your normal free hotel breakfast! The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We were there to see our son get his wings at Ft Rucker. We were given helful directions on how to get there

The location was great! I was very disappointed in the way the pool was not supervised. There were guests in the pool having sex and using curse words. Numerous guests wanted to get in the pool to swim, but due to the company that was already in the pool they went back to their rooms. The smell of alcohol was so strong, my girls and I finally told my husband let's go. We were not afraid of the noisy and inconsiderate guets because we knew how to handle any type of situation that might have came up, but our girls have been wanting to swim and we had to break our promise. The lamps didn't work in our rooms and their were cigarette stains on the lamp shade... Plus there was a gooey brown stain on the ceiling for two days - we checked it to see if they would have seen it when they supposedly cleaned our room. We will NOT being staying there again!!!

We stayed at this same motel in the past when it was called "Quality Inn" Let me tell you the "quality" has left the building. The remote control to the TV didn't work. The alarm clock didn't work (we couldn't even set the time). The hair dryer didn't work. We had luke-warm water for a shower after running the water for about 5 minutes. There was no iron or ironing board. The rooms used to have a microwave and small refrigerator, they are gone. The WiFi didn't work. When I called the front desk about it they said that they would call the maintenance guy to reset it and then abruptly cut me off. I waited 20 minutes and the WiFi never came up. I went to the the front desk and it worked up there. So I asked if they had a room where I could work. They stuck me in their restaurant where the AC was turned off (in south Alabam in the Summer). Mean while they had 5 gals hanging around the front desk yacking very louding and generally not doing anything at all. To top it all off they had the gall to charge us a $15 pet fee. I won't EVER stay there again! Avoid that RAT HOLE like the PLAGUE!

On the highway we were traveling so it was convenient. The room had two beds and a nice bathroom, with sink out side stool room. The refrigerator did not have a freezer, but kept cold things cold. Nice big screen TV. Cheap gas across the road.

I only reserved this room because it was the nicest smoking room in town. We arrived to find they did not have the King smoking suite we had reserved available. We had to stay in a non-smoking King Suite and go downstairs and outside in the rain several times a night to smoke. I could have gotten a much nicer suite next door in the Residence Inn if I had known I was being lied to by either [...]or Hampton Inn about the availability of the smoking room.

This was our first time staying here and we did enjoy it. [...] at the the front desk was extremely helpful. We had requested a double queen nonsmoking junior suite but the only thing available was a king non-smoking suite. [...] suggested we would like it better and even let me take a look at the other rooms to choose which I felt was best for me and my group (3 ladies). He was correct. The king worked out great. I slept on the sofa bed which was very comfortable and this suite gave us a half bath in the living area. That allowed me to get ready in my room while they got ready in theirs. The only complaint I have is the channels on the television is very limited. Mainly news and sports. I would have liked to had more variety. After working all day is nice to relax in front of the tv. Lifetime, Oxygen, ION, Bravo, VH1, would be a nice addition to their channel lineup.

The staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate the error between [...] and the local system. The reservation for my wife and I was in good order and the room had been remodeled. The room for our children was not ready and they substituted a larger room, but it was clearly a smoking room that was basically uninhabitable for non-smokers.The staff was courteous, attentive and willing to work with us. When you are seeking to save a few dollars this place is it.

Rooms were very clean and smelled nice. The people in the room next to us came in at 3:30ama and were very loud and played TV until about 5:00am. The bed was hard and pillows flat but I always bring my own pillow anyway.

Best motel in Dothan

I really enjoyed my one night stay at the Guest House Inn....once I found it. Very difficult to see from the street. even when I saw the "entrance" sign. The motel itself was very clean and the person at the desk was friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Friendly check in. Fast food, gas, liquor store, and sit down restaurants next door. You have to look for the building while driving-it is set back off the highway. Breakfast is lacking. Did'nt try the pool.

We wanted somewhere inexpensive, but clean, to stay at night, so we would not have such a long drive from home to Panama City Beach and back. We like to eat at Hunt's Oyster Bar also. This was REAL close. The lady at the service desk at check-in was nice and accomadating. Would stay here again.

I had to stay over on Friday night and called to tell them that i would need the room friday night. The clerk was very rude and said that if you are not here and pay by noon Housekeeping will remove all of your things and clean the room. So I had to leave work to go pay for the room and the same individual was still rude like she was doing me a favor.
She asked me if I wanted my room serviced and I told her Yes Please. When I got back to the room that evening the room had not been touched. The towel was still hanging on the door where i had put it that morning and the bed was just as I had left it.
