Absolutely Horrible

This was just AWFUL! Of course, our non-smoking room reaked of smoke. It was so bad that we just left without trying to get a refund. The pictures they have for this Motel 6 aren't the pictures of the real Motel 6 in Dothan.

Great City

It was a very good roomy & clean room for the price we got online. The front desk clerk was very polite and helpful.

I had to stay over on Friday night and called to tell them that i would need the room friday night. The clerk was very rude and said that if you are not here and pay by noon Housekeeping will remove all of your things and clean the room. So I had to leave work to go pay for the room and the same individual was still rude like she was doing me a favor. She asked me if I wanted my room serviced and I told her Yes Please. When I got back to the room that evening the room had not been touched. The towel was still hanging on the door where i had put it that morning and the bed was just as I had left it.

disgusting and unsafe.

The worst I have ever been to, EVER! First, there were drunk or on drugs ghetto men hanging out on the walkways. My Family was scared to even go from the car to the room. The room was severely smoked in, so bad that it made us sick. Smelled like someones clothes after a night of smoking at the bar. Manager claimed it was a non-smoking room, even though there was an ash tray in our room clean and placed by the beds. lamp shades over beds were all in pieces, A/C look like its been kicked a million times, carpet was very gross, furniture was broke and peeling. There were other guest threatening to call police. NEVER AGAIN!! NEVER!!!

Good location and good price

The hotel was is a great location, close to food shopping and gas. Would go back again. At the price who wouldnt.

Don't Bother

Our non-smoking room had been smoked in for a long time. The carpet was very dirty.

Great location but poor quality

First impression of the hotel was right. The room was not very clean, There was coffee or something spilled on the floor by the mini-fridge. It looked like it was pouring out of the fridge. The covers and sheets had cigarette burns on them. There was dirt, candy wrappers and wads of other peoples hair on the carpet. It was all around the corners and beside the wall. We did not have any towels so we called the front desk. They said sorry and to come down and get some. We left and came back to the desk to get the towels. When we went to get them they told us that house keeping had left towels in the room while we were gone. We went back to the room and there were still no towels. We called the desk and they said to come back down and fill out a paper. After two trips to the desk, we had towels. We had rented it for two nights but ended up leaving after one. The pool was closed and signs said that it will stay that way until further notice. We will not stay here again.
