relies on location
check in and room good. ideal for late night or early morning airport travelers. "high speed internet" is in fact low speed free HSV internet at speeds of 58 -100 K (barely dial up). Also there is major renovation with drilling and hammering starting at 7:00 AM weekdays through the end of 2011. Call and ask about construction before you book.

Short walk from hotel
arrive the night before and schedule to pick up your rental first thing in the morning, the rental counters are about as close as the hotel parking. reverse true for flying out, walk to TSA line from your room in 5 minutes.

Very family friendly
This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. The convenience when you have an early flight to catch is a huge benefit and the hotel check-in staff was excellent. The room looked tired and a bit run down. The comfy bed did not hide the fact that the carpet desperately needed to be replaced or that the bathroom, although clean,was very dated. Will I stay again, probably... but I will find out if they have more updated rooms.

Great location, but . . .
Evening started out on a slow note in that I waited at the front desk for nearly 8-10 minutes before a clerk came out from the back office. Check-in from there was seamless. I inquired as to delivery dining options as my previous experience with the in-house restaurant were mediocre. I was offered no choices except pizza which ended up being through room service!?!?! Not a very concierge service oriented approach. The room, as last time, was very nice. The hotel has an awesome location (in the airport) and is very reasonable for comparable amenities and location found at other airports that I travel to.
