In town for a wrestling show. First we given a room that was quite a long walk to get there. Then the room wasn't ready because the carpent was being cleaned so we had to wait in the hallway with all our luggage while they sorted everything out. The the room was so humid there was a lingering moisture in the air that made it uncomfortable. Guest services awful. I've stayed at a holiday inn express in Birmingham and it was great this one makes me no want to patronized another one.

RPM INSPECTION TRIP TO HUNTSVILLE 061810
The bed was heavenly - it was just a little noisy with several families that were staying in the wing where I was. The staff was wonderful and the room was great and I TRULY appreciate being able to smoke in the room.

The service was fantastic and the staff
I came in late after missing my connecting flight. I had called the night before to let reception know and hold my room for next day. I was very happy that his could be done. My room was spotless. I was able to rest after a longg flight that originated in New York. The front desk staff was very helpful in recommending Taxi service and arranging for their shuttle to take me to the airport the following day.

Not bad for overnight business stay
Room was very clean, which is vital to me, but the walls were thin, and I could hear my neighbors easily all night long.

Holiday Inn desk lady was extremely helpful. I had a very heavy suitcase, and with a bad back, I couldn't schlep the bag up a flight of stairs (no elevator at this Holiday Inn express. So she switched rooms for me to a first floor suite (I'm a platinum priority club member).

Nice room. Great breasfast. Excellent.
Good in every way (tv excepted). Soon to be replaced with flat screen. Made visiting family in town easy. Will use again, I hope.
