Great hotel for the price.

The hotel was small but clean and the staff was very friendly. I will return again.

do NOT recommend

We had a non-smoking room, however the entire hallway smells like smoke. There was no remote control for the TV, had to check it out at front desk. The furniture drawers were broken. Overall the room smells bad. The attendant at the front desk told my husband my card had been declined, charged his credit card but charged it twice!!!!! Did not tell us. I checked our account and my card had not been declined! We had paid through online travel website, then he charged us again, and then again! I went back to his desk to correct the errors. He said he had already made the correction and our account would show the credit tomorrow. Very frustrating experience!

Very comfortable place to stay

Nice hotel. I had a problem with the location which was incorrectly shown on the cheap tickets map of Huntsville. I booked based on the location on the map. It actually was 15 miles from where it was indicated on the map.

Fairly clean hotel. The beds are comfortable. My only concern is that the carpets in room need to be cleaned. I normally wear white socks while in room and mine ended up gray on the bottom :-(

home away from home

we always stay here when we are visiting family in Huntsville. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the continental breakfast is enough to get you up and out the door without being empty.

Nice Stay

Great location for anyone visiting NE Huntsville, easy access to the highway with next door food and gas. Clean/comfortable room and friendly staff. I was there a week and it was a very nice stay. Hotel is pet friendly, has a pool and a breakfast bar. Not the Ritz, but a good value for those who need a place to spend the night after a day of work or play.

Business Traveler

I stayed there due to the price and overall good reviews. It was a little out of the way from where I was working, but still only 20 min away. PROS: Clean and comfortable, fairly quiet, nice breakfast. CONS: Location, no refrigerator or coffee pot, small details overlooked (no batteries in TV remote, no pad on ironing board). The passages smelled of cigarette smoke (didn't bother me but might bother some).
