Residence Inn by Marriott Mobile

The front desk staff were warm and friendly, the complimentary breakfast was yummy with a wide variety of foods to choose from, and the room was clean and comfy. Absolutely recommend!

We were there for a family wedding. We enjoyed our stay and found the location very convenient for us.

The Residence Inn was great. We were traveling with a six month old baby, so it was perfect for making and warming up milk and washing bottles. The front desk staff were absolutely sweet and accomadating.

The room was very nice and large and very well equipped. The only problem we had was that the breakfast bar was horrible, they ran out of many things on the first morning we were there, and the second morning was even worse, you couldn't get anything to drink; they were out of orange juice, apple juice and milk. The only drink they had was a pitcher of melted ice. They also ran out of sausage, eggs, and tortillas. The other thing that was terrible about the hotel was when we went to breakfast the first morning, when we came back, we saw housekeeping making their rounds on the first floor (where we were located); when we got back to our room at 3pm our room still wasn't serviced. We called the front desk and they said that they can take up to 3pm to finish things, and that they should be coming. At 4pm we finally got worried that we wouldn't get clean towels so we had to call again and they finally sent someone to do the cleaning, however, how uncomfortable is it to have someone cleaning your room while the whole family is there... The nice thing that they did, though, was credit us one night because of all the bad service we got, which was very very nice of them. So, that was their saving grace. We've always had good service with this particular hotel chain, we're not sure why this one was somewhat bad.

I was in Mobile to do a little work and have a lot of fun. Having stayed at the Mobile Residence Inn previously I know that it would meet my needs. I had friends in town and having the living and kitchen area gave us plenty of room to get together and visit. I always enjoy the breakfast- what a great way to start the day. The hotel's location could not be any better - it is in the center of everything.
