Mom never to return to Montgomery AL
You really don't want to know!
My experience is the first and last impression I will have of Montgomery AL. The front desk and housekeeping management were awesome in trying to correct the problems but I have never been treated as I was treated by one housekeeper and server in the resturant. Poor service was compensated by free night for another night at any marriott courtyard and free breakfast. If I had not used [...]and paid in advance, one night would have been compensated to me for terrible service.

Great Stay
The hotel staff were nice. The room we stayed in was really nice and clean. The view from the balcony was centered around the pool area. Nice and quiet, great amenities.Check-in and check-out was fast and quick! I would definitely stay here again.

Good Place to Stay
The hotel was in a good location for what I was going out of town for. It had a nice whirlpool but was over crowded. The breakfast was ridiculous. It was not a complimentary breakfast and they didn't have a price posted, and they charged you $11 plus tax for breakfast and was not that good. On previous trips the breakfast has always been complimentary.

nice staff
The staff was nice. Any problems were quickly addressed and amended. The internet service was convenient. We were disappointed that coffe was not always available in the lobby as early as we would have liked. However, the apples were GREAT!
