Concealed Construction
This facility was under major construction during our stay. When we booked the hotel, this fact was not disclosed. We consider this a deceptive practice for obvious reasons. During the day, a jackhammer was heard often. At 6 AM, another loud noise similar to a jackhammer woke my entire family. Not a pleasant experience at all. To make matters worse, vacancy was all over Eureka Springs at this time. I am very soured by this experience with Best Western. While they tricked me out of my money once, shame on me if they do it again.

Trolley stopped right by the hotel. Fairly close to historic downtown.

Quite Satisfactory
In my experience with similar hotels on a number of visits to this area over the years, I would rate this one among the best. Our room was very decent, spotlessly clean and well maintained with an adequate bathroom. They offer a free basic breakfast upgradeable for a reasonable fee to an excellent buffet meal. The rates are a little more pricey than some of the others, but you get what you pay for. There is very little to complain about. I'll stay there again.

Spend an extra $4.00 or so per person for the upgrade to a full buffet breakfast. You won't regret it.

Very clean and modern
I feel that this hotel was very clean and had all the modern conveniences we were looking for. The breakfast was very satisfactory and the staff were friendly and very helpful.
