needs renovation
has deteriorated - hole in carpet, back of chair covering coming off, crack in bathroom tile. I had the top of ice bucket, I asked for bottom soon after I checked in, was told that housekeeping would provide, I never got it

No Hot WATER!!! All Weekend
Stayed Friday and Saturday night. No hot water Friday night - It's a new hotel, some glitches expected but WHEN NOTHING DONE and no manager on duty all weekend and told by desk that someone would be there Monday to fix water problem - well, that is just bad hotel management - Room clean and nice but with no HOT WATER I cannot recommend this hotel and will not ever stay there again.

Christmas in Fayetteville
This was a good hotel for me because I have family in Fayetteville. It is also close to the University of Arkansas, where I went to school. Helpful and kind staff, good breakfast and nice rooms. I do hope they get their new computer for the business center, as the one they had was stolen by another guest. :( I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay.

Great stay, great price
We were in Fayetteville to visit family. Country Inn was the best price around and we were not disappointed by the quality. Friendly staff and clean rooms made for a great stay.

If you like good Arkansas barbecue, eat at Penguin Ed's. Inexpensive, informal, but great food.

Quiet Business Stay; No Frills
The management is doing the little things correctly: good service, smiling staff, good complimentary breakfast. The exterior of the property was neat and clean. The interior was neat and clean, but the carpet in my room was beginning to show a tad of wear and had some barely noticeable stains. All of the floors were very clean however, and there were no sticky areas of the carpet. The property, and my room, had a clean smell - not musty or dirty smelling. Everything in the room worked very well (water closet, a/c & heat unit, shower pressure, tv, phone, etc.). The property is located less than a 1/4 mile from 540, but not so close that you can hear the traffic. My room was on the highway side, and it was not noisy at all. I generally don't sleep well when I travel, but this was a very good experience. I would recommend this property to any business traveler or to those traveling for short pleasure stays, and I would certainly stay here again.

Comfortable for Business traveler
The Hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and close to downtown. It is a new facility with large rooms, very clean.

Young Staff
The young staff at the counter did not welcome me in a sincere way. The bathtubs need non-slick bottoms. Handrails are not installed but needed when getting in and out of the tub because the level of the tub is higher than the floor. I almost fell getting out the first time. The complimentary breakfast was good and stayed well stocked.
