Quality Inn Fayetteville

This hotel is convently right off of I 540. The staff is very helpfull and professional when handling any situation.

I stayed here when I was visiting the University of Arkansas. The hotel is literally right off the interstate, and only a mile or so from campus. The room was comfortable and included a refrigerator and microwave, but there was leftover soap in the shower. Also, when I arrived, the staff took some time to help me check in, but I was coming in late, and they were working in the back area. Overall, the hotel was convenient and perfect for the one night I was there.

Hotel was quite satisfactory. Beds were especially comfortable; I really slept well. Continental breakfast very "all right" nothing special. Very clean. Staff helpful. Poor quality TV reception even though on cable. Usual cathode ray TV one expects to find in this price range.

We had two nights reserved. Called the hotel to cancel at 11:07 a.m. on the day of arrival Friday 7th, since the people we were visiting unexpectedly had a vacant bedroom. The hotel refused to cancel, not even the second night, which would have been well within the 24 hours, despite a personal visit and several calls from us and from [...]. "Only the manager had the code to reverse the charges, and he was late coming in"....then, "He won't be in until Monday." On Monday 10th, "He had taken his 4 weeks vacation." But, [...]spoke with the manager at the hotel on Friday 14th; and he refused to allow any refund and charged for both nights in full. Judging by the number of cars there late in the evenings and early in the mornings, the hotel had few occupants those nights, so it's not like they turned people away. I also heard them quote a cheaper rate to another senior couple while I was standing there. We have stayed here in the past, but will no longer do so ever again.I did not want to rate the room, since we didn't stay there; but this survey wouldn't take the review without a rating in every category!

Service was great, very personal.

It was close to all my appointments, close to great restaurants, and the room and lobby, etc. were very clean and well kept. Staff was friendly, and ck. in/out times were fast.

Just what I expected for the price and for a Comfort Inn. They are always clean, well staffed, and professional. No problems.

The Comfort Inn in Fayetteville was much larger than we had expected with a great king size bed, easy access for the handicapped. Nich view out the window and was on the ground floor close to side door we could enter and exit through to our car. Very comfortable room and bath. Enjoyed our stay very much. There were plenty of restaurants very close by. The desk was nice and large for us to use our laptop computer. Also close to Interstate that helped us get to our appointments efficently.
