Very Clean Simple Hotel
It was a quiet hotel and clean. Very simple with friendly staff. Shampoo and soap; I would bring my own. Had access to Wi-fi. Contentintal breakfast is very skimpy and leaves a lot to be desired.

in the price range, this is a very comfortable hotel. I had the twin queen unit w frig and MW. All new fixtures, paint, carpet, tile, beds, High Def TV. Only thing on the TV was a universal remote that only allowed cable. No DVD Player, flash drive, laptop movies, attachments, etc.

Good clean simple hotel
The hotel was clean and nice with what looked to be a lot of new remodeling done. Everything seemed to be in working order. The only thing we noticed was even though we requested a nonsmoking room they did have ashtrays in the room. It did not reek of smoke though so this was not a problem for us. All in all it was a good deal for the money for a nice clean motel.

Ok for the price, but RUDE staff
I rented a room for one night, and I thought it was a decent place for the money. There were a few problems. The shower head was mounted very low in the shower, and I had to duck quite a bit to wash my hair (I'm only 5'8")! The toilet seat was badly chipped, and the bathroom was in bad shape. The service was horrible. I am a hotel major by profession and the type of service I recieved was unacceptable! On the possitive, the bed was very comfortable and clean!

In for Shareholders Conference
I was able to check in rather quickly. The room was in great condition! The location left a bit to be desired. The road in front of the hotel was a 1 way so you had to go through parking lots to get to the hotel. The great part about the hotel is completely refurbished. The Air Conditioning worked great! The beds were very comfy and the fridge and microwave was an added bonus.

Devils den state park is just 19 miles away, also the Univ of Arkansas is right across the street. Most of the typical college town stores are very close by. Do not attempt to walk, since the hotel is right off of I540, families with kids might find the general location very safe.
