Very comfortable
Love sleep in the bed. Its very comfortable. But negative no vending for snacks during overnight.. Those room is very clean!

Volleyball travelers
Fantastic accomodations, excellent staff
Stayed at hotel for a volleyball tournament and the hotel was just in the perfect location. No more than 10 minutes from the venue and close enough to local as well as chain restaurants that you could walk to them if you wanted. Rooms were exceptionally clean as well as the hotel itself. Definitely will try to stay there in the future for other events.

I was able to upgrade rooms for same price as original room. The upgrade had more amenities than the original.

Fantastic stay! Great location & price.
To give this hotel any less than 5 stars would be admitting to everyone that you simply cannot be pleased. Right in the hot-spot of Fort Smith, with food & shopping everywhere you turn and all of the commodities you would expect and MORE...much, much more, there is nothing to complain about. Cool stuff like bla-bla-bla, as well as FREE breakfast, PERSONAL jacuzzi, and a clean cloud to sleep on, REALLY?! Yes...5 stars.

Great family hotel
The only minor quibble I have is that the fitted sheets on the king size bed were just slightly too small for the thick, comfortable mattress and they came off. Nothing a sheet garter (or deeper sheet pocket) couldn't fix. Other than that, everything was outstanding.

weekend get away
Rooms are very clean staff very friendly, the location is great, it central location gives you access to shopping and close to Oklahoma line ( we enjoy the casino's at the state lines ) there are so many restaurants with in minutes. Hot tub was relaxing after a afternoon of running around. I would recommend the Hampton in Fort Smith location and hospitality is great.
